Hearthside Brookleigh 62+, LIHTC Other Senior Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Senior rental housing assistance in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) will accept Senior Low Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for Hearthside Brookleigh Apartments from May 17, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HADC, "To be eligible, all members of your household must be 62 years of age or older."

This waiting list had the following preferences: The HADC gives preference to residents who live or work in DeKalb County over those who do not.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
